At Action 2 Auction, we are committed to providing a transparent and trustworthy auction experience. Please carefully review our policy regarding refunds and returns before making any purchases:
1. All Items Sold “As Is”:
- All items auctioned on our platform are sold in their current condition, without any guarantees or warranties. It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly examine the item before placing a bid.
2. Testing of Items Sold as “New” or “In Working Order”:
- For items explicitly listed as “new” or “in working order,” buyers have the opportunity to test the functionality of the item upon collection within four (4) working days after the conclusion of the auction or date of sale.
3. Voidable Sale for Non-Functioning Items:
- If an item listed as “new” or “in working order” is found to be non-functional during the testing period, the sale becomes voidable. Buyers must notify Action 2 Auction within the testing period, and the necessary arrangements for refund or resolution will be made.
4. Conditions for Voiding a Sale:
- To void a sale, buyers must provide clear evidence, such as photographic or video proof, demonstrating the non-functional status of the item within the testing period.
5. Exclusions:
- This policy applies exclusively to items explicitly listed as “new” or “in working order.” Other items, including those sold in their existing condition or as part of a liquidation sale, are not subject to the voidable sale condition.
By participating in our auctions, buyers acknowledge and accept these terms. Action 2 Auction reserves the right to review and assess each case individually. We are here to address any concerns you may have and strive to ensure a fair and positive auction experience for all.
